In compliance with Consumer Protection regulations and to uphold the highest hygiene standards, Prelada is unable to accept returns for items that may pose a risk of disease transmission to our team or other clients. As such, these items are non-returnable.

Exchange Eligibility
If you receive an item that does not correspond with your original order, you are entitled to request an exchange on the same day of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must:

  • Be in its original condition as received

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in its original packaging

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspection Upon Delivery
We kindly advise inspecting your order immediately upon receipt.

3. Approval & Processing Time

Once the item has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the exchange status.
If approved, the exchange will be processed within 3-7 business days.

4. Shipping Fees

All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
At Prelada, every order is carefully inspected and professionally packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

5. Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee will apply to all approved exchanges, calculated based on the item’s original price.
