1. Shipping Process

Order Dispatch
All orders are dispatched through trusted third-party courier companies to ensure secure and timely delivery.
Kindly note that customers are requested not to open the package until payment has been completed, where applicable.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Cairo, Giza & Alexandria: Within 3–5 business days

  • All Other Governorates: Within 4–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including public holidays, weather conditions, or courier-related delays.

2. Responsibilities & Delivery Conditions

Courier Interaction
While we strive to ensure a seamless experience, Prelada cannot be held responsible for any misconduct, behavior, or disputes arising between the customer and the courier representative during delivery.

Non-Receipt of Shipment
In the event that a shipment is not received due to customer unavailability or refusal:

  • The shipping fee will be charged twice on the next order

  • Payment for the subsequent order will be accepted via bank transfer or electronic wallet only
